Teen Challenge România Team

 

We believe in standards of excellence and our staff has been trained and is continuously trained to work professionally and effectively with our students (we call the young people that we work with ‘students’). Most of our staff have degrees in psychology as well as in counseling.

Another priority is team dynamics - unity and collaboration and a great atmosphere.
For sure one of the most important aspects in our team involvement is: compassion, commitment and passion for these young people. Without that, everything else is secondary. Even they have an important input.
